Pay for the
Conference:
After the form is completed, you will be directed to a secondary
page where you will be asked to pay for the conference.
If you would rather issue a check, you will be provided an address
to which you can mail your payment.
Please take care to click on the correct payment button. If
you are a not a member of a partner association, you must pay
the non-member rate. This will be strictly enforced...so pay
attention to the payment amount you are paying.
Conference Fee Structure is as
follows:

After SEPTEMBER 1,
2010 members of partner Associations pay only $150.00 to attend

Non-Member Rate
is $200.00 per person
-
Guests may attend
the Friday night Banquet for a Fee of $25.00 per person, provided
that they pre-register.

Pre-Registration
is strongly advised as we will charge a door fee of $25.00 above
your qualifying rate for those that appear at the door and haven't
pre-registered.

your appropriate Association to ensure that your participation is
properly accounted for.
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR EACH PERSON THAT WILL ATTEND, INCLUDING
GUESTS FOR THE DINNER.
