Vendors who are
interested in being involved in this conference are invited to
contact us for details and prices. Several options are
available for your consideration.
We understand
that FACE TIME is important for Vendors who travel a great distance
to showcase their services and products. With that in mind,
our exhibits can will open at 11:00 AM on Friday during registration
and participants will be encouraged to browse the exhibits prior to
the 1:00 PM Scheduled Kick Off for the conference.
Thereafter,
breaks between the speakers will be extended to allow time for
networking between the participants and vendors and vendors are
invited to be available during the banquet and social time on Friday
night as well. Participants will be requesting vendors to sign
off on a
PARTICIPATION CARD
in order to qualify for a drawing.
Our focus will be on providing an opportunity for participants to
visit vendor's and explore what is being offered.
VENDOR AND
ADVERTISER OPPORTUNITIES
INSIDE ROOM:
Our conference will utilize two rooms, one primarily used for the
speaker presentations and the other one used for food and break
services with vendor tables set up along the wall. This room
will be locked on Friday night, allowing you to leave your exhibit
set up. This is considered prime space.
FOYER AREA:
Outside the conference rooms, inside the foyer area we also have
room for vendor tables with the understanding that these exhibits
must be broken down at night as they can not be secured.
INFORMATION
TABLE- NON-MANNED:
Some vendors may choose to provide the Super Conference with printed
material to be distributed by placement on an information table
inside the Conference room, that will be available to the
participants during the conference to read and pick up your
material.
BREAK SPONSOR:
We will have various coffee breaks during the conference and are
seeking sponsors for these breaks. Sponsoring a break puts
your organization in front of the participants, with your company
information and advertiser banner being displayed on our projector
as well as read to the participants. We would also invite you
to provide printed material for the break table.
SEMINAR
HANDBOOK ADVERTISEMENTS:
We will accept black and white advertisements for Seminar manual
at the rate of $50.00 per page, with you providing the ad copy in an
approved format to be copied and included in the booklet. Each
participant gets a copy of the manual.
